"Excellent hard working friendly staff"

I have just had my second baby in West Middlesex NBC. I get so frustrated hearing complaints about the NHS and I although I know things re not perfect wonder what people expect. Both my experiences were excellent. I felt very well looked after, supported in the birth I wanted. Very experienced midwives. My antenatal care involved doctors who were attentive, very well informed and caring. I think it is a truly first class service and recommend the unit to friends. Many of the negative things I hear seem to be due to he staff being overworked, stretched often beyond what is safe and I applaud the staff for continuing to work in these situations. Thank you.
