Great consultant but at ease on ward 11z fantastic going to theatre for spinal operation for severe prolapsed disc, operation went well, great involvement from consultant before and after surgery,
Taken to 4a staff all great except a few, and then they made it uncomfortable, as a professional in the care world myself felt staff where over worked and set high expectations but majority exceeded, a few staff on ward 4a ought to be ashamed of themselfs though showing low standard of empathy and dignity to there patients needs, both one night staff and one day staff made myself and another lady to tears with there standards, which then makes u feel low at a time when care is paramount, staff should always remember that they don't know who is in that bed as a patient and to give care in which they would want to receive for themselfs and a loved one, I did raise concerns for myself and another lady and I hope with training and support that this is nipped in the bud, from an all round perspective I was thankful for the good staff attentive alert and compassionate about there job well done
"Consultant great ward 11z great, great staff..."
