What I liked

I have just been to the womans unit, and although the reception area was well presented and the receptionist was pleasent and welcoming my experience when I went for my scan was not one I would want anyone else to experience. I entered the room to have a scan and had to wait while the chair was cleaned from the previous patient, then even though there were 4 people in the room apart from the routine questions nobody spoke to me and after the scan I stood there not even sure if I was supposed to still be in the room, I have been to East Surrey for the same procedure and was treated like a human being

What could be improved

Talk to your patients they are usually fragile in either illness or emotions and deserve a little respect and consideration
