"unprofessional performance"

About: King George Hospital

Very unprofessional service in king gorge hospital. Not happy they didn't give any discharge latter to my GP. Even they put wrong date of birth my husband went and correct. Waited me 6 hours. That's why people get more I'll when they patients wait I was kidney diagnosis. They gave me medicine for 5 days but I've been told it's for 7days lies with patients. So I responsible and unprofessional work.

Our emergency services are under significant pressure and we are doing all we can to ensure patients are not waiting too long. I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the manager of the service and ask them to ensure that we record our patient details correctly and ensure that a discharge letter is given to our patients.
