About: Friarage Hospital Site

I arrived at A&E this morning at 9am. From the moment I was greeted at reception , my initial check over by a nurse and follow up with the rest of the team I can honestly say what a wonderful experience it was ( considering of course I was in A&E). Total professionalism all the way through and shown such kindness and humour.

Many many thanks for checking me completely out and putting my mind at ease. I just wish this was the "norm" for all hospitals. Maybe many could learn from you guys.
