"Such a fantastic experience."

About: King Edward Vii Hospital (Windsor)

My whole experience at eye casualty was near perfect. The telephone advice in the morning was kind, helpful and patient. On arrival I was told to expect a 3-4 hour wait which I'd been warned about on the phone. I was triaged in under an hour. The triage nurse (?) was lovely and so accommodating of my 11 month old baby.

I was offered a peaceful area to breastfeed which was so helpful (though no implication that I couldn't feed wherever, just a kind offer).

As there were no emergencies it seemed like I may have been prioritised, as were children who were waiting.

The resolution to my eye problem was complete and through and I saw two doctors who were clear, calm and really kind.

Home within 2 hours with follow up in 3 days.

Amazing. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to write such positive feedback. The team works hard to provide an excellent standard of care and it is lovely to hear that they were able to do this for you. Your feedback has been passed on to the team who will be pleased to read such nice comments.
