Alas I had to have a sigmoidoscopy last saturday

Parking was abysmal- gets worse

Staff were kind

The consultant particularly is to to be commended - I was impressed with their manners and ethics - especially as there was a technical problem half - way thru and I was left lying..............

Dear Irene

We are sorry to hear you had difficulty parking.

The hospital is very busy and we recognise that it can be difficult to park at times. A new 300 space car park was built on the hospital site a couple of years' ago and we are looking at other options to improve the situation.

We will pass on your feedback to the gastroenterology team which is always keen to hear back from patients about the service provided.
