"Not a good experience"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

Despite the long waiting times and outdated hospital. The consultant I came into contact was really nice and don't have an issue with care.

However the reception staff member was rude and should not be doing that job. I have also had issues with not receiving any appointment letters despite checking they have my correct address, which is the most frustrating part.
