(as the patient),

Being absolutely terrified of hospitals i was not looking forward to attending the gyneacology dept in the treatment center at qmc.

But i need not have worried for days before hand.From entering the building to leaving, i was treated excellently by every member of staff.

I was allowed to bring my friend with me and they all made a very nerve wracking experience so much easier.

The staff reasurred me all the way through , giving me lots of praise and encouragement (believe me i needed it) and i can honestly say i will not hesitate to go back if i had to.

Thank you for taking the time to give your comments regarding your recent visit to the Treatment Centre.

It is good to hear that your experience was a positive one and that your worries were not needed.

It is difficult to prepare for treatment you have not previously experienced without being worried, but I am pleased that you were supported and encouraged all the way through.

I shall forward your thanks on to the Treatment Centre.
