I have attended West Mid on several occasions over many years and only once had cause to mention a concern (that was a couple of years ago). Unfortunately I have needed to visit the hospital three times in the last month, in general I find the services and staff are top class, I hope they are proud of the services they provide to W. London residents. Thank You.
