"Emmergency Care Department"

About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

I visited the urgent care department in the early hours of the morning in a great deal of pain. A member of admin team behind the desk had no interest, compassion, patient awareness, or manners and I had obviously had woken them up. After giving my details I sat down and was in distress and started to cry to which they responded my turning on their TV to drown my noise out!

As all comments on NHS Choices are anonymous would you please ring the Operations Manager on 07595 120455 to discuss this further.

Once again please accept my apologies on behalf of the Urgent Care Centre
