"£200 consultation for nothing"

About: Thornbury Hospital (Sheffield)

I've got health condition, worsening by the day. Couldn't wait till NHS free appointment, thought private consultation with professor will help me understand and get advice what to do, what that is... 35 min later, me in tears, the professor just stared at me, said they don't know. To my question how often people complain with same symptoms, they just jerked shoulders and said I should wait NHS. To my question what it might be, same answer - wait for NHS appointment and thank you for coming.

... I mean is it because I'm not English I don't deserve any response even for £200? Or they were forced to work for free that day and thought I'm not worth moving their brain or Google on their medical computer at least my symptoms?...

Disappointed and £200 short that night I cried myself asleep.
