"Requesting c section can be so traumatic"

I am a pregnant patient at homerton hospital in London, I have had a traumatic birth in the past that ended up with a 3 to 4 degree tear and left me with both urine and fecale in continents.

I have had a miscarriage and 2 abortion and suffer from severe anxiety, hipertiroidism and a phobia for blood, completely petrified about giving natural birth again and asked for a c section which I have been refused. this fear is really affected my life and I don t know where else should I look for help as it seems like every doctor is ignoring me so far and I am having contractions every other day,

I think I we'll have the baby premature due to so much stress. I feel desperate and I don t know what to do anymore
