"Feel blessed to have been treated at UCLH"

From the minute you make contact with anyone at UCLH, from the outpatient booking line to the Consultant you ultimately see and all the other people inbetween from Porters, Receptionists to radiographers etc. you are treated with kindness and empathy and each and every person I have been examined by or had any medical contact with have been professional and warm. It is an amazing hospital, their ethos is quite obviously to put the patient first and they do this with what seems like uncomplicated ease.

I ended up receiving treatment there by accident but I can't imagine going anywhere else now, truly a hospital for the NHS to be proud of!
