"Superb"

A few days ago i was contact by a nurse who was so polite on the phone, we had a lovely chat about my health and they were asking lots of questions. Also yesterday i contact the surgery on the telephone and the phone call was answered very quickly, the receptionist was able to offer me an appointment within 7 working days which i really appreciated it. Nowadays with the NHS routine appointments everywhere in GP practices are roughly 2-3 weeks wait and this is purely the high demand. I have been warned from other friends that Doctors surgeries are having a high amount of patients not turning up, this is really not acceptable and this is why patients are becoming upset the genuine ones because people are not cancelling them. The pressure the surgeries are having is not nice but ever thought it's purely because patients are wasting time seeing them for unnecessary reasons. I have always found my surgery to be very helpful. And it is a pleasure to be a patient of Firsway.
