"Dermatology Secretary zero communication"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Having been prescribed new medication I was asked by staff to contact the dermatology secretary at Herts and Essex Hospital to arrange a blood test one month after beginning treatment. This was to ensure that this medication was not putting my health at risk.

The dermatology secretary phone number is in my experience never answered. It is a voice mail service. I've now left three messages over the last ten days requesting a blood test form. No one has returned my calls. I'm unsure if these messages have been listed to. All I ask is a quick phone call to let me know the matter is in hand.
