Can I just send my thanks to the three members of staff that took care of me from 3.30 yesterday.
I have had a few procedures at the hospital over the last few years and have been unhappy with the service received on occasion.
I arrived yesterday for a hysteroscopy and because of previous problems was very nervous and tearful.
The two nurses and senior nurse (who did the procedure) were so nice and reassuring they instantly put me at ease .
It was virtually painless and performed efficiently.
Can I just commend all 3 for their professionalism, friendliness and they are fantastic ambassadors for the trust .
They have reinstated my confidence in Warrington Hospital.
