I'm not sure if it's the NHS in general or Central Middlesex is particularly rubbish but I agree with everyone else who complained about phone answering times. It's ridiculous and very annoying.
Also, the ortho department was supposed to refer me for an MRI; this was Monday, today is Thursday and radiology has no record of the request.
Unbelievable incompetence and waste of my time.
"Why is it so difficult to answer the phone?"
