My daughter was admitted to hospital from our gp with a suspected ruptured appendix. She was extremely poorly and we were seen immediately, by 5.30 she was in theatre. We spent three weeks in hospital starting with CICU who were fantastic, then transferred to High Dependency who were also amazing. My daughter then had an infection in her tummy resulting in her stitches popping open so we spent a long time on ward 10. The staff and Doctors were just amazing, I'm sure some of them never slept!! The nurses looked after my daughter beautifully, I can't fault any of them.
We were finally discharged just before Christmas, I plan to return with a large box of chocolates for all the staff to say thank you. My daughter is still recovering ...
"Staff were amazing!!!"
