"rude staff made me feel uncomfortable"

i was seen quite quickly ,I was then treated to a long lecture of why I shouldn't have been seen at the hospital as I am from Stafford,got a lecture of how the person I saw and their colleagues were 400 patients backlog and they didn't really have time to see me,i must point out I was the only one in the waiting room,i had travelled from Stafford in pouring rain and freezing cold,i didn't want to have to go to Cannock and I don't want to have to attend again but I was told I will have another appointment but the person concerned said "it could well take a long time"
