"Kind nurse"

I would like to thank Sister I believe name was Vanda, for the kindness and empathy shown to our son who has learning and mental health issues.
She took such care in treating him despite the Department being overcrowded and under extreme pressure.
Vanda took a lot of patience in reaching him where he was at. She also helped us as terrified parents to be there for him and supported us in achieving this.
Our sons eventual admission from A and E was lengthy requiring surgery but even now he remembers her as the kind nurse who looked after him.
A and E should be proud of the staff they have especially if they all are like Vanda.
