I hand my prescription in on a Monday and sometimes on a Friday it is still not ready. This happens almost every month for over a year. The receptionist's attitude is very sharp towards me. They almost make me feel like a criminal. The doctors and nurses themselves are fine that is the reason I stay there, but I wish that the reception service would improve.
