"All staff professional yet friendly"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was admitted as a day patient at surgical Endoscopy WGH.

Every member of staff I came in contact with from receptionists to the nurse specialist who carried out my procedure were Professional yet friendly

They all clearly respected one another's roles and worked as a team

The department was spotless and ran like clockwork

Well done and thank you to Lorraine ( I'm sure that was the endoscopy nurse specialist ) and the team
