"Disgrace-Urgent action needed"

This clinic is providing extremely poor service to patients, many in desperate need of help. Look at the number of bad reviews it is getting and yet no-one seems to be taking any action ! Most of the staff need extensive retraining.

A close relative of mine was sent here for help with anxiety and depression. The person seen had no real interest in listening to the problems, they were only concerned at talking about themselves and entering data into the computer. At the end of this process my relative was told " you have anxiety and depression " yes ! thats exactly why I'm here. No actual help was offered and after really pushing a change of medication was proposed but when this subsequently had no effect at all there was no interest in any follow up or further help. What are these people actually doing- do they have any idea how to help people with severe issues- someone senior in the NHS needs to review the mental health care in Birmingham as a matter of urgency.
