reception good, building clean and welcoming and seats comfortable. Audio staff friendly efficient . knowledgeable and helpful, clearly dedicated to subject. Perhaps in fitting hearing aids a lot of information given a bit too quickly for older patients..

Catering pretty grotty in small room, limited menu and 1970's atmosphere but not essential to use as many cafes nearby in town centre.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust does provide some services in Gravesham Community Hospital but the audiology outpatients clinics are still run by Medway NHS Foundation Trust.

Therefore you may wish to pass your feedback onto them.
