About: The Great Western Hospital

I visited the Oral and Maxillofacial Dept on Tuesday 8th March to have 2 wisdom teeth removed under general anaesthetic. The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. My treatment was explained to me in legnth so I knew exactly what would be happening and this really gave me piece of mind.

I saw a cleaner on a few occasions and really cannot fault the cleanliness of the department.

The aftercare was faultless and the nurses were so tentative, I left feeling happy and even managed a smile before departing.

Thank you for making me feel at ease and for making my treatment pleasant.
