The hospital sent me a summary of minutes of a meeting I attended regarding a complaint I made. Well all I can say is, that this summary is an "excellent " white wash of what was said.
Well having previously worked in hospitals, I do know they can be very economical with the truth. So I made a audio recording of the entire meeting, when reading the hospital 's summary and then listening to my audio copy, you will notice the difference.
I have caught the hospital "with it's trousers down",
I have informed the hospital of this audio recording, they have yet to respond,
I wonder why?
