I just left the surgery after a very distressful situation where I was booked for the wrong treatment. The nurse told me they would try to see me today. Taking in consideration I had to take time off to come today . The receptionist denied any involvement in booking me for the wrong treatment. A treatment I didn't even knew it existed until today. The manager spoke to me and appeared to be sympathetic. All of this it was brushed away when I told the receptionist when they were booking a new appointment that they should accept their responsibility in this situation. At no point I raised my voice or even approached the receptionist physically. The manager pretty much dispatched me and left me feeling like a was some sort of nuisance.
This is not how patients should be treat it.
