Card sent to Working Age Dementia Community Psychiatric Nurse - Ashfield and Mansfield Community Mental Health Team

"You came into our lives at one of our lowest and most frightening of times but you emotionally and practically held our hand and guided us. We will be forever grateful for the care and support you have given us. My husband speaks about you all the time and really misses you, but that is a sign of the amazing practitioner you are. Our loss will be the gain of so many others. Many many thanks Lisa".
