"She explained everything"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Bradford Sexual Health

(as the patient),

I would just like to say I had an appointment today for an implant taking out and another put in the nurse that did this procedure was really good, I explained I was partially deaf and I needed to lip-read

She was excellent at making sure she faced me at all times when speaking to me, she explained everything and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at all times
