Does anyone else here have any experience of 'Patient Choice'? My wife went to the doctor this morning to get a referral to a specialist. The doctor gave her a reference number and password to book the specialist appointment onlinealthough it could also be done by phone if you want]. So, I go to the website, put in the required details, find there is a choice of hospitals and search for an appointment - this is where the choice comes in. All available appointments were at the same hospital and on the same day [in September
- the only choice was times between 08:45 and 12:00. How exactly does that amount to Patient Choice?
