I went in for day surgery at Wharfedale in March 2016.
The ward was clean, the surgery was on-time, I was kept informed of my options, and there was nice tea and toast after my operation.
What made it though were the staff - the nurses especially were very friendly and had good bed side manners.
They made chit chat to take my mind off the operation, which I appreciated.
