"Letter to GP not correct"

I have visited Frimlely Park Hospital n numerouse occasions and find it very satisfactory. The problem is that the copy f the letter which is sent o my GPis not correct.

My neurologist asked f was ever incntinant, my answer was 3 to 4 times a week. The letter my GP recieved stated it was rare.

I also stated I was in the shower sitting on my shower stall and used the handrail to stand up. When suddenly I had done an about turn and went down. Badly in the letter to the GP it said I was standing in the shower and lost my balance and tried to grab for the handrail. Which is totally wrong.

It appears it's not only my Neurologist that gets things wrong but my Immunologist as well.

Before seeing my Immunologist I found I was going a beautiful tan in he middle of Winter. As it was Christmas and surgeries were closed I phoned a pharmacy who informed me to leave off the honey I'd been having as it appears I had a Salicylate intolerance. Your Immunologist

Stated in her lettter that I had assumed I had an intolerance not that my information had come from a professional sorce.

You might not think the wording in these letters is important but they are .

I would recommend that your Doctors if they are unable to take notes, record the session

Then at least what the patient had said would be correct.

These letters are very important for future reference, therefore if the details are incorrect it is not a reliable reference.
