Information should have been provided that parking had to be paid for.

When it came to my consultation (after the doctor was over half an hour late) it felt rushed and I felt as though I wasn't listened to. Tried to explain the history of the issue in question and was told part way through to ignore what happened a few years ago even though it was relevant. Wasn't given enough information to make an informed decision on my treatment. Doctor did not have any of my notes and did not seem to take an interest or care.

Shall be going back to my GP to be referred to a different hospital in the future. Would NOT recommend.
