"Total knee replacement surgery"

About: Leicester General Hospital

The orthopaedic theatre waiting area was not a good experience, the chairs were uncomfortable and the room too hot. The staff however made up for this, they were caring and respectful. I would recommend that a hospital manager experiences nearly 6 hours sat in the tiny waiting room, if they did I feel there would be some changes.

The theatre experience was fine, everything was fully explained and I was made to feel the most important person there. Again the staff were wonderful.

Following surgery I was admitted to Ward 19, the staff were wonderful, they were supportive and listened to concerns. You could not have wanted better staff.

Thank you to everyone.
