I started with tooth ache over 6 months ago and visited my local dentist who suggested a tooth extractioin. unfortunatly the local anasthetic doesnt work on me so they refered me to charls clifford to have the extraction done under sedation. i was told i would recieve a letter within 8 weeks but unfortunatly i never recieved one. i went back to my dentist for them to try to remove the tooth but again the pain was too much so they refered me to charls clifford again and told me i would recieve a letter within 8 weeks. we double checked the address to make sure this wasnt the problem. nearly 8 weeks has passed and again no letter. i phoned charles clifford and a very polite receptionist dealt with me and told me my appointment is still been processed and will be with me in a further 6 to 8 weeks. this is no longer good enough i have been waitin for an appointment for 6 months now can you imagine 6 months of agony. something is going wrong in your process and i am the only one suffering so for this charles clifford in my eyes have no clue what they are doing before i have even recieved any treatment so this fills me with bundles of joy for when i actually get an appointment. If I ever get an appointment..
"I have not been seen yet and im already..."
