"Excellent"

I came for a blood test and only had to wait 10 minutes. There were 3 vampires who were very cheerful and helpful.

Im very anxious about having this procedure but the staff were very reasurring and so kind to me. I explained i have fainted in the past so the nurse suggested i lay down. the nurse talked me through the procedure and even got me to imagine i was on a hot sunny beach. I can honestly say i didnt feel a thing and this was the best experience i have ever had.

I would highly recommend the staff at Purley and should i need more tests i would feel happy to return.
