Not enough staff on wards. Teatime drug rounds were a shambles 7.25 pm for drugs is not acceptable. This meant that night time drugs were really late and we were all woken up for them.
This is not good for anyone who needs drugs for there pain and that should be taken with food.
The ward seemed, to me, to have no organisation. There were lots of people who didn't seem to know what they were doing and lots of health care assistants.
I saw patients left wet for hours on end, and patients not assisted with feeding. I even saw one person fall out of bed as had no cot sides up. I could go on a lot more buy it upsets me talking about it
So glad I can walk to the toilet and have my faculties.
