"I was having a miscarriage and ..."

About: The James Cook University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was having a miscarriage and went into A&E where I waited for a hour and a half and then shown into a cubicle I waited for over 3 hours and no one came I was in pain and upset so I told them I was unhappy and the attitude I got back was disgusting. I went home. also on two other occassions I went into A&E with injuries I needed pain killers and I was offered a paracetamol and ibuprophen which I cannot take, I told them and again the attitude was disgraceful,"well there's nothing else i can give you" was her reply I had to go home on both occasssions and take my own painkillers. Do I now have to carry my painkillers with me in case I need to go to hospital?

What could be improved

attitude and listeningto the patient.
