"No result of test"

I came to the Hemel Hempstead hospital on January the 20th 2016 upon my GP making an appointment for an echo cardiogram.

Up to now the 7th of March my GP has not received my result. I contacted my GP 3 times but he gave me the same reply.

I am sure you must understand how important it is that I s or my GP should have got the result of the test.

This is one of the reasons why all the West hertfordshire hospital are on special isues.
