"We went to the epads clinic for ..."

About: York Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

We went to the epads clinic for a urgent scan and we were told that unfortunatly our baby no longer had a heartbeat. At that point everything I ever thougt was good about epads and G1 went right out of the window. This was our 3rd miscarrige and hit us very hard. We were told there was no beds available for myself for the d&c but we were also told that if the pain gets too much to call within 5 mins we were sent on our way. By the evening the pain got so bad we called G1 and were told to come in. We were then made to wait in the corridor for over 45 mins before anyone dealt with us. when they did they placed us in a open ward even though there was empty rooms. Eventually after the other patients getting very upset with the way they were treating us we were moved. Some of the other things that happend are far to graphic to place on here but I am now terrifed of going back on to G1 if anything happend with this pregnancy.

What could be improved
