"Appointment nightmare"

Great treatment when you get it. My review is very negative as a result of the extreme difficulty in trying to get appointments. This practice changed hands some years ago, prior to which everything about it was good. Now, I am seeking an alternative doctor. It does not matter how good they are, if you can't get to see them in the first place.

You may be lucky to get an appointment if you turn up in person, but I turned up at 07:45, and only managed to get a call back from a doctor. I did have to see them in the end.

Today, I called. Nothing. Except the advice to call at 08:30 tomorrow. Or go and queue in the rain. I am not well. But at least I have those options available to me. Were I much older, and infirm, what happens then? That is why I will be changing doctor.
