We went into A&E as a result of a suspected spinal syndrome which could alter my partners life with any surgical delay. The doctor saw my fiancé and told her that she would have to live with the pain for the rest of her life. The doctor did not have the right information and had to keep being told when the accident took place. The doctor dded on that patients with chronic pain think doctors can help them but they can not. Needless to say my fiancé broke down until we realised that the results from an Mri scan came out negative. The doctor did not show any concern whatsoever and we were disgusted by the "care" received by both the doctor and the nurse who was assigned to us. After this traumatising experience they still did not do anything to help as there was no neurologist present in the hospital. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone after our experience and we will take this further!
