"not having to wait hours on end ..."

What could be improved

not having to wait hours on end for treatment in a&e, and to wait 5-6 hours for a bed on eau and left sitting on a chair in a&e waiting room and not being told anything

my partner had a bladder problem was sent to eau and discharged the next day with no discharge letter, then i rang 2 days later and it still had not been done.

was back in a&e within the next few days later and was tranferred to eau waited several hours to see a doctor was eventually discharged and 1 hour later had a problem, see district nurse and was refered back to eau was told to sit in waiting room of a&e for 5 hours waiting for a bed, no bed for anyone.Got fed up went home and rang eau next morning and was told if we did not like the care to go to another hospital in the area like boston or scunthorpe hospital. I think this is disgusing to be treated like this as I am a nurse and would never treat people like that ever and not very proffessional attitude to have.
