What I liked
High level of care, concern and interest. Visit from anaesthetist to ask if I was OK. General good humour of all staff. Relaxed, calm atmosphere. Impossible to imagine a better place to have my operation and recovery. Constant supply of tea.
What could be improved
A brief visit from the surgeon would have been appreciated, if only to tell me the basic info about what he found and ths state of my knees.
Anything else?
I fel very privileged to have been a patient at this facility.
