"Good care, but busy at A&E Department"

I had an severe allergy reaction to penicillin prescribed by my dentist. When I felt unwell I visited my GP who gave me excellent emergency treatment. She immediately called a paramedic ambulance who took me to E. Surrey Hospital. I received very good care both in the ambulance and at the hospital, and cannot fault the practitioners who helped me. The only thing I could criticise is that the hospital seemed to be under pressure and I feel they have to cover too wide an area for the staff available
