"Locala Phone system not working"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

Have tried to get through to make an appointment at the Cleckheaton podiatry clinic – just as an example I called on Friday at 9: 00am, 10: 30am and 2: 00pm holding on listening to music for 20 minutes each time. Is there another number?

I am very sorry you are having problems getting through on our phone line. We are working hard to get the situation sorted out. If you still unable to get through within the next 24 hours please contact me direct and I will do what I can to get your appointment confirmed.

In future you shouldn't need to call the phone line to make your appointments. At your next appointment you will be able to book your next session direct with the podiatrist.

Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
