"Locala not answering Phones!"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I received a letter from Locala asking me to call them to make an appointment, I have tried 13 times holding on for 20-25 minutes at a time but am getting nowhere. I know there can be more calls during the day so I’ve tried calling in the evenings between 5: 00pm and 10: 00pm but still no joy. What am I supposed to do?

I am very sorry you are having problems getting through on our phone line. We are working hard to get the situation sorted out. If you still unable to get through within the next 24 hours please contact me direct and I will do what I can to get your appointment confirmed.

In future you shouldn't need to call the phone line to make your appointments. At your next appointment you will be able to book your next session direct with the podiatrist.

Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
