"Cant get through to Locala"

I have been trying to get through to the podiatry service to book a further appointment but, despite holding on for 20 minutes at a time at all times of the day I fail to get anywhere. The whole podiatry service seems to have changed recently, I rarely had problems getting through to renew appointments but this is shocking. The telephone service is absolutely useless. I have diabetes, am supposed to have regular appointments to ensure my feet are looked after but now, because I’m close to the three weeks limit in which I need to make an appointment before being thrown off the system I’m close to having to go through the whole referral process again. Really not good enough.

I am very sorry you are having problems getting through on our phone line. We are working hard to get the situation sorted out. If you still unable to get through within the next 24 hours please contact me direct and I will do what I can to get your appointment confirmed.

In future you shouldn't need to call the phone line to make your appointments. At your next appointment you will be able to book your next session direct with the podiatrist.
