(as a service user),

I was given information on how to resuscitate people if they O. D. I was informed about my drug intake (low tolerance). The food is good on Fridays its blinding. To relate with other users could have been better if one to ones my keyworker listened a bit more. I felt they were a bit abrupt by stopping my heroin, it messed me up a bit.

I have been angry when I haven’t been treated with compassion and some times when I come late they suggest to come on time! I would like to thank Caroline for being patient with me!

It is good to hear you are accessing structured treatment as well as the recovery network, I agree the food in the cafe is great (Have you tried a coffee now we have the barista machines?)

Sorry to hear you do not feel that you have been treated with compassion at times when accessing. Unfortunately due to high demand on the clinical team it makes it very hard to see people if they are late. Maybe try talking to your key worker to make a clinic appointment at a time that best suits your needs.

Caroline is a great assist to our team and I will pass on your feedback.
